Wushe Group was established in 2013,  by Solomon Momoti and intends to be a highly reputable and respected leader in Property development, investment, student accommodation and office rentals . Wushe Group (Pty) Ltd has its primary focus on building construction with our core focus on building construction and construction management within select industrial, commercial, residential and institutional building construction projects. Projects undertaken by Wushe Group Projects are in the public and private sectors as well as PPP (Public Private Partnerships) ranging from light industrial complexes to state of the art office and residential buildings. Through our close association with practicing Consulting Engineers, Architects and Quantity Surveyors the company is able to offer clients a turnkey design and build project option where required.

In tis division we will buy pre-foreclosure properties, auctioned houses and foreclosure properties, renovate them and resell them

Office Rentals

This division will be responsible for acquiring abandoned properties and develop them for rental purposes in big cities which we will rent to government departments, private offices and accommodation
